Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Photography Session: 1. Booking Confirmation: - A photography session date and time will be considered booked only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. 2. Deposit Amount: - A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total session fee. 3. Payment Methods: - Accepted payment methods for the deposit include Cashapp, Zelle, Stripe or Wire Transfer 4. Balance Payment: - The remaining balance is due on the day of the photography session, prior to the commencement of the shoot or delivery date 5. Cancellation Policy: - In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. - The photographer reserves the right to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. 6. Rescheduling: - Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 3 days' notice, subject to the photographer's availability. 7. Travel Fee: A travel fee may be applicable if the photography location is over 45 minutes away from the photographer's base. The travel fee will be communicated and agreed upon before confirming the booking. 8. Expenses:- Any additional expenses incurred during the photography session, such as parking fees or venue access fees, will be the responsibility of the client. 9. Image Delivery: The photographer will deliver the edited images within discussed time frame after the photography session. (Usually between 5-7 days after session) 10. Usage Rights: The client is granted personal use rights for the images. Any commercial use requires prior written consent from the photographer. 11. Image Editing: The photographer retains the right to edit and select the final images for delivery. The client will select final images for delivery if necessary. 12. Client Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate and follow the photographer's instructions and vice versa during the session for optimal results. 13. Liability: The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the photography session. 14. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond their control. By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
