Terms and Conditions for Photography Session Deposit and Travel Fee:

 

1. Booking Confirmation:

- To start the booking process, a consultation must be done to best tailor your needs. A project date and time will be considered booked only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.

 

2. Deposit Amount:

- A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total session fee. Full payments are also accepted. Failure to pay invoices without communicating to the creator will result in a late fee of $50 per day after payment deadline.

 

3. Payment Methods:

- Accepted payment methods for the deposit include Website transactions, Cashapp, Zelle, Stripe or Wire Transfer.

 

4. Balance Payment:

- The remaining balance is due on the day of the session/project deadline.

5. Cancellation Policy:

- In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

- The creative reserves the right to cancel the session/project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

 

6. Rescheduling:

- Sessions/Projects can be rescheduled with at least 3 days' notice, subject to the creator's availability. For projects, at least a week’s notice before the project begins.

 

7. Travel Fee:

- A travel fee may be applicable if the photography/project location is over 45 minutes away from the creator's base.

- The travel fee will be communicated and agreed upon before confirming the booking.

8. Expenses:

- Any additional expenses incurred during the session/project, such as parking fees or venue access fees, will be the responsibility of the client.

 

9. Photo Image Delivery:

- The photographer will deliver the edited images within discussed time frame after the photography session.

 

10. Usage Rights:

- The client is granted personal use rights for the images. Any commercial use requires prior written consent from the photographer.

 

11. Photo Image Editing:

- The client will select final images for delivery if necessary. The photographer retains the right to edit and select the final images for delivery.

 

12. Client Cooperation:

- The client agrees to cooperate and follow the creator's instructions and vice versa during the session/project for optimal results.

 

13. Liability:

- The creator is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session/project.

 

14. Force Majeure:

- Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond their control.
